Terms of Service, Software License & Privacy Policy

Last updated July 23, 2026

This page explains the rules for using Pipeline Crew, the license we grant you to use the software, what information we collect, how we use it, and how cookies work here. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Part 1

Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Strategy For AI, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), the Texas company operated by Brad Bush. They govern your use of the website and application at pipelinecrewapp.com (the “Service”). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

What the Service is

Pipeline Crew is a software platform where you run a set of AI agents that help build and run your outbound sales motion: an outreach profile built from your website, prospect lists with verified public profiles, a LinkedIn profile makeover, offer and content drafts, and outreach messages and replies drafted in your voice. Outreach delivery runs through BDR.ai, a third-party platform connected to your account (see “BDR.ai and third-party services” below).

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep your sign-in credentials confidential. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Software license

The Service is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own business purposes for as long as your account is in good standing. Pipeline Crew is proprietary, closed-source software. You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

All software, design, branding (including the Pipeline Crew name and the crew characters), agent configurations, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Strategy For AI, LLC. No rights are granted except those spelled out here. We may update, change, or discontinue features as the Service evolves.

Your content and your deliverables

You own what you bring (your website content, pasted text, emails, and account data) and you own the deliverables the agents produce for you: your outreach profile, lead lists, makeovers, offers, drafts, and posts. You can download them at any time. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service. We will not publish your private content.

You approve every send

The Service drafts; you decide. Outbound messages require your approval before they go anywhere. Because you review and approve each message, you are responsible for what you approve, including compliance with laws that apply to your outreach (such as CAN-SPAM and similar anti-spam and telemarketing rules in your market) and with the terms of any platform you use, including LinkedIn and your email provider.

AI outputs

The agents use large language models. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and lead verification can miss things despite our checks. Outputs are working drafts and research aids, not legal, financial, or professional advice. Review before you rely on or send anything.

BDR.ai and third-party services

Outreach delivery, sequences, and conversation handling run on BDR.ai, under BDR.ai's own terms and privacy policy. Leads you approve are pushed into your BDR.ai account, and replies flow back into the Service. The Service also links to sites we do not control (including strategyfor.ai and bdr.ai); their terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and in good faith. Don't use it to send spam, harass anyone, misrepresent who you are, target people with unlawful content, or harm others. We may set usage limits (such as daily agent-run caps) to keep the Service healthy; current limits are shown in the product.

Payment

During founding access the Service is free and no card is on file. Paid plans (such as the announced Growth plan) will require your explicit opt-in before any charge, with pricing shown at the point of purchase. We will give founding members notice before free access ends.

Termination

You may close your account anytime by emailing info@strategyfor.ai. Export your deliverables first; we can delete your data on request. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service. The license above ends when your account does.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. We aim for high availability but will occasionally take the Service down for maintenance, upgrades, or incident response.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategy For AI, LLC and Brad Bush are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, its outputs, or third-party services connected to it. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and we will email active users about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Part 2

Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what you give us to run your account and your agents, we use it to operate and improve the Service, and we never sell it. One thing worth calling out: if you paste emails for voice profiling, we keep only the derived style card and discard the raw emails.

Who we are

Strategy For AI, LLC, operated by Brad Bush, is the controller of the personal information collected through the Service. Reach us anytime at info@strategyfor.ai.

What we collect

Information you give us:

Information collected automatically: sign-ins record the session's IP address and browser type for security. We log each agent run's size and cost to enforce usage caps. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages, timestamps) used only to operate and secure the Service. We run no analytics or advertising trackers.

How your inputs are processed by AI

Your website content, answers, and drafts are sent to large language model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) to generate agent responses, and prospect research uses web search providers. We use API access under terms that do not permit the providers to train on your inputs, and we do not train third-party models on your data.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Who processes your information for us

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep account data, profiles, leads, and run history while your account is active. You can export your deliverables at any time and ask us to delete your data (see “Your rights”). Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for roughly 30 days. Raw pasted emails for voice profiling are never stored.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account. Email info@strategyfor.ai and we will handle it, normally within 30 days. If you are in a place with specific privacy laws (such as the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), those laws give you these rights formally, and we honor them. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

A note on prospect data: lead records contain business contact information about third parties, gathered from public sources and your BDR.ai account. If you are a prospect and want a record about you corrected or removed, email us and we will take care of it.

Where your information lives

The Service is operated from the United States and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US, you understand your information will be transferred there.

Security

We serve everything over HTTPS, hash passwords, sign session cookies, encrypt stored integration credentials, and limit who can access data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is built for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Part 3

Cookie Policy

The cookies we set are essential for sign-in and security; if you block them, the public pages still work but you will not be able to stay signed in.

We set no third-party, analytics, or advertising cookies. If you sign in with Google, Google handles that step on its own pages under its own cookie policy. Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies in its settings. If we ever add cookies for another purpose, we will update this policy first.
